cover for Grimm Fairy Tales The Library #5. pencils/digital colors.

I was originally only going to do pencils (like the last cover i posted), so i threw in lots of extra details....then i ended up being asked to color it too. doh! :)

there's a couple differences from pencils to colors...once again I was asked to be careful about the upskirt shot (one of these days i'll learn!). and then after all was colored I had to do breast reduction sugery on the witch on the left. :) apparently they were too...voluptuous in color for this book. ;)

They make Baba Yaga kinda hot in the regular Zenoscope books, but I guess this is more kid friendly type stuff. I don't blame you for the accidental upskirts. I probably would do the same and not even realize it.

in this book baba yaga is supposed to be old and scary. or that's what they keep telling me...i would have preferred drawing a more attractive version of her though, and just let the other witch be the ugly one. :)

Very nice. Seems odd that they would want a breast reduction. I thought that was what they strove to convey.

well, they keep telling me this is more of an all ages book, where they're trying to tone the 'sexy' down a bit. i keep forgetting about that ;)
